Can All Users Access the Interactive Avatar API Suite?
Yes, all users can access the Interactive Avatar API Suite using the Interactive API Trial Token, which can be found under the API tab in your 'Space Settings'. However, usage on the free plan is limited to 300 minutes per month. Users can separate purchase custom Interactive Avatars as well as Streaming Credits for increased usage. Does HeyGen Provide the Knowledge Base for Interactive Avatars?
The Interactive Avatar site offers a turnkey Knowledge Base for users to enter text and URLs to instruct the Interactive Avatar's conversations. These Knowledge Bases can be used with the Streaming SDK; Interactive Avatars in Zoom meetings must be instructed with one of these HeyGen-hosted Knowledge Bases. Users can also power Interactive Avatars from their own Large Language Models (LLMs) to the Streaming API via the Streaming SDK. How Do I Use My Custom Avatar for Interactive Sessions?
You can create your own Custom Avatar—or choose a public interactive avatar to test things out with the Interactive API. In the Interactive demo:
1. Click on 'Select Avatar'.
2. Scroll down to find your avatars available for Interactive use.
3. Click 'Start Interactive' to begin using your selected avatar.

How Can I Create an Interactive Digital Avatar?
To create your own Interactive Digital Avatar:
1. Navigate to HeyGen Labs and click 'New Avatar' on the top-right of the screen.
2. Purchase the Interactive Avatar and follow the instructions.
3. Each additional Interactive Avatar created costs $49 per month.

How Can I Add an Interactive Avatar to My Website?
1. Navigate to the LABS tab located at the bottom of the homepage.
2. Click on Interactive Avatar.
3. Choose a public avatar or create your own custom avatar.
4. Once selected, click on the Integrate button.
